Today was a good day of 10x400 on the track at like pritty much mile pace. Me times were 67, 66, 66, 67, 66, 66, 66, 65, 65, 63. I felt decent, not amazing but not terrible. Afterwards just a cool down on golf course.

Today we did just a easy run down to art die and back. Galen brought his gopro, so we got some sick pictures.  Also Jones talked to some people down there doing some swat training.

Region today, I put it was 3.05 because all Lehi's team put that it was a 5k. But all our team said that it was a 3 mile. I thought I did well, I started off the race by just trying to stay with Seth. But he felt amazing so after the 1st mile I just stuck with Jamison. Till the last mile where Zack started going faster so I went with him. Than on the last 100 he passed me and we kicked it in and got closer to Galen. We ended up winning 6 points ahead of AF. Overall we had a spread of 9.9 sec so that's awesome.
