Nice and short speed workout today before region. Just 4, 3, 2, 4, 3, 2. Was feeling pretty good and hit the times on all of them. Times were 59, 45, 28, 59, 45, 28. Fun stuff overall.

Good run today just to the canyon and back. Afterwards, we did strides and than went to the gym to go play a few good games of 7 on the line. After that we just stayed at the school and had the bbq

Region today, went home before the meet started and played clash royale for a little. Than Craik and Bessie came and picked me up. Went down there and sat around for like 5 mins. Than just went on a warm up to the pole and back. Than we got on the line, I was seeded first which I kinda liked because I got out good. Than for the first 1200 I just stuck behind the westlake dudes. After that Galen took the lead, came through the mile in 4:55 than the next lap I took the lead. Than it started getting faster and faster after Adam wood took the leak. Than the last 50 meters Luke from westlake passed me, so I finished in 3rd and me and Galen both qualified for state. So our last mile was 4:45 and I PRed which was good.

Good race today, went right after school and just hung around for a little. Than once everyone got there that were running the mile we went on a warm up. I think we went to the pole and back. Than we just came back and did strides and stuff. Than we got on the line. I was seeded first again because of my mile at BYU that I was off by state qualifying by .2 sec. So I got of to a good start and went immidiatally into 3rd, behind thomas heaps and Jamison. Than for the rest of the race I just stuck behind Jamison. Than the last 100 he pulled ahead a little, but I still qualifed by time and I got second so by place also. After I went on a cool down for 3.5 miles than another 2 with Zack, and Will. Barefoot. After the meet my mom gave us money to go and buy snowcones. It was a good time.

Fun run today, just went up to the park on bonniville than came down and iced in the river by the elementary school.

Went on a sick campout in Capital Reef national park. I couldnt fall asleep till 2 so I decided that I would not run in the morning, we went on a few hikes and I ran alot of the way on them. So im counting that as mileage. I didnt get home till 8:30, and I was super tired so I just didnt run than.
