Today we Did a few games of indoor tag, after that we did some streangth training. The streangth training wasnt too bad but I will be sore for the next few days. Than after streangth training we went and did a spin bike workout, which was pretty fun/hard. Finaly we did 1 mile around the school.

Today we ran up to timp cave, on the way up it was really nice and me and Jamison went decently fast, than on the way down about a mile from the bottom. It got really windy, and super cold. My hands were freezing, but luckily I had my beanie. I think it was still fun tho because I haven done canyon in forever.

Today we just did a modest run, it was really cold but still really fun, I didnt get cought both of the games. And I made a sick ice wall. After I just went to young mens and played a good game of basketball. While we were playing tag, we saw this sick fox that bolted out in front of us he was pretty fast.

Alpine run today, the snow was kinda sucky but thats ok. We took a ton of breaks tho, kinda like we always do on Alpine. On the way back we were going decently fast like normal, than Craik, Spencer, and Me went and grabbed a courtisy cone at arctic circle. Which was pretty good and didnt really affect the rest of the run. Then afterwards me and my brothers and a few friends, went and played a few good games of basket ball.

Today the run was pretty sick, trevor drove us up to legacy park today. And we ran down to black trail, than went to the river bed where we did a over under run in the snow. Some parts the snow was super deep and we jumped off the bridges into it. Even tho it was really cold and we were going super slow, and my stomach hurt the enitre run, it was still super fun.

Didnt run today, my stomach was hurting really bad last night. And I had a fever, so im taking a break for a few days.

Today was a good run down to discovery park, we were going fast the whole time. A average of like sub 6 min pace. Than on the way up we were going a little easyer, we kinda sprinted up this hill. Which kinda made my legs feel a little weird for the rest of the run. But still fun overall, average 6:10.

Ran in the morning today, we went around alpine. I thought it was a pretty good time, I kinda like running in the mornings. Even tho its cold its still good, because you dont have to go to practice after school. 

Today was our first workout of the year, which was 4 two minute tempos on the canal. I felt good for them, and am pretty exited for workouts this season. After we went to the pole, and put a tree in it.

Today we ran down to american fork, than did a few laps on their track. After that we went back and saw them running and ran with them for like a mile. Than went back to the school and did some strides. My calves were really sore.

Today was the distance challenge, we met at the school at 3:30 and went up to the race. We got there and sat around for a little, than warmed up. Than we got put into our heats, I went into heat 2 because I thought it would be good for me. I kinda got stuck in the back around the first corner. Than passed a lot of people and got set up. And stayed about 3-5th place the whole race but the last 300 meters I got passed by Joe  Simmons and grant gardner. And my legs were dead, I usually have a pretty good kick. But my calfs were burning and I couldnt get up to my normal speed. And Joe put like 2 seconds on me. But overall im still really happy with my race, because I PRed by 4 seconds. And it was a really fun time.

Today we went up to by the start of Hogs but than it got to snowy so we went over to lambert and just did 4 mile loop. Overall it was a good time.

Today I ran by myself because I missed when everyone else started practice. So I went up to lambert park, and I ran around up there. Than came back down and went down by the spinny park. Than back up to my house.

We went running in the morning today, well only Jamison, Coach and I. We went and ran on the roads down to lone peak from the park. Than over by where coaches house is than back to the park.

Radventure run today, we went on the usual route and than we went on the canal and finaly we went over to Art Die park. After we were suppost to do streangth training but we just are going to do it at home.

Today was a good workout on the canal, we did 4 by two min reapeats again. But this time we went the other way. I felt decent but the 3rd was by far the worst. Overall a good workout even tho I didnt feel the best.

A good game of tag, than down past american fork and back. I was the only one in the game of tag that didnt get cought.

Ran down to Lehi dip for the first time today. Overall it was really fun and I had a good time, on the way back we were crusing. Going 6 min pace for a while. Coach ran with us today.

tosay was a muddy run up on bonniville, it was a good time. Until we got going back until there was a nastey head wind, where my neak was hurting  really bad. And than we took a break and after that it felt really good.

Today me and Craik went 5 miles once lunch started just down to the stop sign by AF, we were going 6:30 pace for the whole run and on the way back me and craik saw collin from lehi with this girl. After track class started we went like 4 and icebathed.

Today was the first hill workout of the year, we went up on the cedar hills hill and did 6x600m reapeats. my times were 1:55, 1:58, 2:00, 2:00, 1:59, 1:55. I felt pretty good the whole time. And I am happy with my times. The cooldown was really slow, but it felt really amazing

Today we did tag, it was pretty fun and I felt decent. Before tag we went during lunch for 3 miles again. After we did some strides on the grass for the first time this year, it felt really amazing. And I won the sprint. Afterwards me and my friend dallin ran to the mountain than we hiked like halfway up this one.

Today we did alpine run, craik was being really weird the whole time. We didnt go really fast, but im greatfull for that because my legs hurt really bad from hiking yesterday. Than afterwards we did some strides to help galen with his photography class.

Really fun run up in alpine today. We first went up to lambert park and did some trails over there, than we went over and found this trail that led up to this sick outlook. After that we just explored are way back to sliding rock. Right before sliding rock I was running down this snow that was ice on the top. Than I fell through and cut up my legs and faceplanted. It was still really fun tho.

Today we did alpine loop, it was a good time. We didnt go to fast but we did go a decent speed. After we did streangth training.
