Tough workout today. we did 600, 400, 600, 400, 600, 400, 400, 400. We were suppost to do them pretty fast. Like 65 than hold that on the 600. Than on the 400 we were suppost to do 62. Which is pretty fast.

Not my best race today, I took out the mile to fast so I went 4:43, than 5:05. Which I was feeling good the first mile, than on the 6th lap. My legs died and it was terrible from than on. I finished and pretty much had to be carried in. Also the lady said that my eyes were like rolling into the back of my head. Which isnt very good. Than I went and laid on the ground for like 30 mins, I ended up trowing up twice. Than I drank 2 large poweraids and felt much better. After I went on a 2 mile cooldown with my little brother Jaron.

Awesome race today, I got to the meet and kinda actually didnt want to race. Because my legs were really sore and I was pretty tired. But coach just told me to go and do whatever I could. We got into are heats and hung around for a little just keeping warm. Than The race started, I really didnt know what my plan was for the race. But I just hung around in like the middle of the pack till the last lap. The last lap I cought up to ethan feild and galen and passed them and finished my last lap in a 62. The last 50 I was kinda just looking at the clock to see what my time was going to be. Which I should have been focusing on sprinting harder, but I am still really happy with my race. I got a 7 sec PR and was sooooo close to qualifying for state. Just .2 sec off. After we went on a 4 mile cool down, which I threw up 3 times on, which kinda sucks. now im just looking forward to region where I am pretty sure I can qualify.
