Good milage up on bonniville. After we got back we got to be in charge of the annual mountain ridge, timberline meet. I was one of the timers, which was really fun. Than it was time for the 2nd annual crab walking 100m. This year there was many athleats, and some kid from timberline thought it was a actuall event and came to race it with us. I first timed the womans 100m. And there was a new womans school record set of 1:20. And Aubrey got some really bad blisters on her hand. Than it was time for the mens race, which was really intense because we had a new school record with 48, and a potentional new world record, at least thats what we know. Than zack was in second with 62, which would have set the school record anyways.

Hard workout today, didnt feel very good. We did 1200, 1200, 800, 800, 400, 400. I split like 3:30, than 3:38, for the 800s i hit 2:24, and 2:29. Coach said do one more 400, so I thought it was the last one. So I hit 63, than he told us to do one more and I got 65.

Did alpine loop with, connor baller, tyler penrod, and jared. And most of the varsity guys. Overall it was a good time, on the way back we got some kiddy cones from arctic circle.

Good run today down to AF, than a few laps around their track. After that we went up and did golf course.

Easy pre workout run, it was really windy today so thats going to suck for those who are racing.

Today was Utah county invite, we got to the race and sat around for a little. Than warmed up for 2 miles. Than got ready and on the line. We started and took out the first lap staying with the group by the third place dude, than after the first two laps I realized that we were going out a little fast, which I have done like my last 4 races went out at 2:18 than I dropped off of that group a little and crossed the mile in 4:50. After that I was just trying to stick with the person in front of me, which was not very smart because he dropped off of pace fast, and than brennen and gabe from timpanogos caught us so I just stayed behind them and finished in 9:55. Not the smartest race by me. I need to learn to run my own race, and not to just stick behind people and go with them. After that we were in the 4x400. The wind picked up alot and it was really cold, I got 56.
