Good workout today, I was decently sore from sat. I also got a cold on sunday which sucks. But today we did 600, 400, 600, 400, 600, 400, 600, 400. I didnt feel very good on the middle ones but I felt really good the last 3. After we went down and ice bathed  in the river which was really cold but it was a good time.

Really fun run today, we went and did trails in lambert. Did spring than on the way down we did middle spring. Me and craik were going faster down middle. Also we found a wild chicken and I cought it. Also on the way back we saw a ton of ravens in this tree and they were huge. After practice we went over to the ericksens and had breakfast and played ping pong.

Workout today, the people that we going to arcadia did 8x400s I hit 68, 68, 66, 65, 64, 64, 62, 61.  I felt pretty good. After we went down to the pond and iced in it, with the patos.

Good run today on black trail and back, getting exited for arcadia.

Not a terrible race today, but I definatally didnt run smart. I ran a 60 first 400 than dropped to 68, than my last two laps were both like 70s. I didnt really want to race that way.

Today we woke up in the morning and did 5 miles with courtany, it was fun exploring trails around california. Courtanys parents house is really nice and has a awesome infinity pool. Also they have these things called cumquats which are really good. We got to the race and did a 2.5 mile warm up than watched all the two miles Jamison, Zack, and Galen did good. Zack got 2 in his heat and had a good last two laps. Jamison got third and had a good kick.
