Good run today, we went up to bonniville and did that on the way there, than on the way back we did backwoods bonniville it was a good time and we havent done that run so it was nice to do that again.

Really good workout today, we did 12x400s with 90 sec rest. Also we were suppost to do 5 at a good 67 than the next 7 just do faster I hit 67, 67, 66, 67, 67, 64, 65, 65, 65, 64, 66, 62. It was just the varsity guys today, exept for Josh. All the rest of the team had to go to the Lehi, Lone Peak, AF, tri meet. The whole  team looked really good and im getting exited for the weeks to come.

Today was a good game of modesty. In the middle trevor broke his ankle, which I felt really bad about. After we did like 3 miles to finish up mileage.

Good easy workout today, we just did 600, 400, 200, 600, 400, 200. I split 1:40, 65, 29, 1:41, 62, 28. I felt good, and galen felt better also which is good.

Zack and Seths 5 mile loop today, twass a good time. After I had to help lift some stuff at my dads office today. I hope that doesnt wreak my race tommorow.  But I did win 2 games of 7 on the line at practice today so maybe the winning mentality will affect me tommorow.

Not the best race today, but thats ok. The race went out really slow for the first two laps, Like 4:40 pace. Than I picked it up on the 3 rd lap, and I felt good. But than the last 200 I could not move any faster. I think I actually slowed down, because collin morrison passed me the last 100 and put 4 seconds on me. Im pretty sure it was from lifting all the stuf yesterday. Also courtney always says the last 100 is all your arms. And my arms were really sore so im going to believe her now.
