Today was a good time, I got picked up by galen at like 7:30 than we went down to BYU and we saw craik and his family when we were on the way down there. We went and put our stuff up in the bleechers than went and got ready for the mile. We didnt have really a big warm up, but it was fine. Me and craik got put into the 8th heat it was the 3rd fastest heat of the day. And I was seeded second in the heat, which I thought was reasonable. I watched heat 7 and I saw that Brennan Benson got 4:43 so I wanted to beat that because my goal was to be the first sophemore. I got on the line and the gun went off I kinda just hung around the front for the first 4 laps, Than on the last lap I knew that I would just have to kick hard and be fine. So I had a good kick and passed Austin Hinkley and Ethan feild. And finished in first, it was fun, than we watched Galen and Zach run their mile. They did good, and Patrick had a really good kick. It turned out that Craik got disqualified, like how I did last year. After we cooled down for a little and had a race around the pato pond.
