Good race today, went right after school and just hung around for a little. Than once everyone got there that were running the mile we went on a warm up. I think we went to the pole and back. Than we just came back and did strides and stuff. Than we got on the line. I was seeded first again because of my mile at BYU that I was off by state qualifying by .2 sec. So I got of to a good start and went immidiatally into 3rd, behind thomas heaps and Jamison. Than for the rest of the race I just stuck behind Jamison. Than the last 100 he pulled ahead a little, but I still qualifed by time and I got second so by place also. After I went on a cool down for 3.5 miles than another 2 with Zack, and Will. Barefoot. After the meet my mom gave us money to go and buy snowcones. It was a good time.
