Today was a good workout, was 400, 300, 400, 300, 400, 300, 400, 400. I got like 64 everytime on my 400s and like 47 on all 300s. I just need to do as well on races as I do in workouts than I will be really good.
Did the run with the dudes that are going to BYU tommarow, I am going on saturday. We ran down to this basketball court and played a little. Than me and Jamison FR went for a little more than did strides. Was a good time.
Did a good run today by myself because everyone is doing something so I have to run on my own. I did mountain run, Than I went to this good soccer feild by my house and I did some good strides. Not feeling the best today but I think it is because it is really hot.

Had a great race today, didnt think that I would do super good because my legs were hurting a little. But ended up actually doing really good. I got like 4:34 than afterwards we went to the provo river and ice bathed.
