Today we did A great workout it was 200, 400, 600, 800, 1200, 400, 400. My legs were feeling pritty good on the first few, but than they got really bad on the 1200, but I pulled through it. Than on the second 400 I thought it was the last one so I went a little faster, but I didnt realize we had one more, so I got like 64 on that one and I won it.  Than on the last one I got like a 65.

Had a "Good Time" -Galen. Today I got to the meet at 10:00 and was planning to stay there all day, so I set up my hammock and went on a good run.  I ended up going like almost 4 miles for my warm up, which was probably not a good idea. Throught my whole race I was just trying to stay with Joshua Leatham he is another freshman, but my legs just wouldnt go as fast. I ended up getting like 4:37. After that I just sleep in my hammock and got some free brooks stuff till Zach got there. Than we explored the school and went on a warm up, I timed zach and he got like 4:20 and he had a amazing kick. Than Galen showed up, and when it was time for the 3200 I warmed up with Galen while Zack cooled down. Than lill warner showed up and went for more with galen.  Right when the 3200 started it got really windy and rainy. So we went inside than timed Galen and Lil. By the time it was the 4x800 I was pritty cold and I forgot to get out my umbrella so we were really wet. I ended up getting like 2:10. It was fun. Also shoutout to Zack for getting 4:20 and quallifying for state.
