Workout today, it was 1200, 800, 800, 400, 400, 400. I felt good for pretty much most of it, my last 4 my legs just couldnt move any faster. But it was still a good time. My splits were 3:37, 2:21, 2:22, 66, 65, 65.

Good run up on bonneville and after we did some strides, I felt good pretty much the whole time.

Lone Peak vs Lehi dual meet today, coach wanted us to do 2 events. One of them not as hard and than the other one race it. So I choose to do the mile not as hard and than the 800 full out. We talked to the lehi guys for a little bit and than I went and had a nap. After my nap we did a warm up for the mile, which we just went to the pole and back. I wasnt feeling very good but I still felt fine. Than we got on the line and did a good 4:40 mile. And in the middle I did a swim move in bettween two lehi guys. Than I just stuck behind jamison and finished in second. After we did two miles to keep our legs warm, and we did the 800. I was a little nervous but not to bad just because it was a dual meet. We got on the line, and started. I got of to a pretty bad start, but than I followed collin from lehi up to the front. And the rest of the race I was kinda just trying to stay right behind him. And I finished in 3rd behind jamison and collin. Both my laps were 60s, so I finished at 2:00 flat. So super close to breaking 2 but im still happy about it because its a 5 sec pr.

good mileage up in alpine, we went on mountain run than down to the middle of alpine. After that just back to hidden oaks to ice bath.

Did a tempo on the canal today, we did 4, 2 min at a pretty fast pace. I dont really like running on the canal

Today was the lone peak pi mile, me and craik went so we could get some extra credit in our math class. Also it counted for attendence school credit. And the first three finishers for both boys and girls got pie. Overall it was a good time, we pretty much held a steady pace for the whole time. And at like mile 2 me and craik started getting a little gap on caleb and will. And like 400m to go we started going a little faster. We also decided that we would tie for the win, just for a good time. So me and craik tied and caleb got 3rd. After the race we did 5 miles down to AF and back. My legs were pretty sore from yesterday.
