today was 8x400m repeats it was pritty fun I hit like 67 on all of them. After we went and played on the ice lake.

Today we just did a run down to AF and back did the grass relays course. After that we went and played some wall ball with the AF boys. It was a good run overall.

Today we got in portland, and went to the hotel than got some awesome omlets. After that we went to Nike Headquarters and ran there. We just ran around trying to find the awesome track. We eventually found it and did 3min 2min 1min on it. I felt decent but the omlet kinda got to my tummy. But it was still really fun, before the run we were one of the first teams to get all our gear. It was pritty sick and we got $630 of free stuff.

Today we ran the course, it was a little muddy but not too bad. It looks like a really good course with some good little hills. I ran in me new shoes and they got super muddy. Also the athleats loundge was pritty sick, and we got some waterbottles.

Today was race day, we got to the corse than hung around the athleats lounge. It was pritty fun I was playing piano tiles on my phone. Than me and galen went and watched the girls race. After that we went and warmed up, we just went around and explored the golf corse. We went and got jackets and sweats on and went down to the start line. We took them off and did strides, than we got on the starting line and got ready to race. The gun went off and we kinda got stuck against the line of the corse, not the best start but whatever. After that I was just kinda trying to stay with seth the entire race. I probably should have stayed with galen because I felt like I could have used more energy in the race. The corse was really muddy with like 4 in deep mud in a lot of places. I dont really like the mud but whatever. I just kinda was relying on my kick, and I passed like 6 people so thats good. than passed seth. I kept turning my head to see where seth was, and in the last little bit I yelled at him that someone was passing him, so he kicked even harder. It was a fun race overall tho and I am glad that we got to be a part of nationals.

Good game of dejavo tag and than we played on the lake, after we did golf course. we are taking this week off.

Ran down to the lake and played on it for a little bit. Than Craik and Zack fell through the  ice which was really funny. After that the ones that didnt fall in the ice went down to art die and back. I love the trails down there.

Just ran 3 miles with my brother today to try to get him into running, we ran up on mountain run behind our house.

after school me and Galen went up to lambert and ran the trails up there for 30 min. It was pretty sick. The snow was deep but some fat bikes packed it down.

Today was a fun run in lambert. We just went on 5 mile loop on the way back my knee started feeling a little weird, when I got home I realized that it was really swollen up. So now I'm just taking a few days off so hopefully it gets better

christmas run today, just ran on mountain run and brought my GoPro. It was a good time and my knee felt better

Up in Washington today, I started off the run thinking I wasn't going to go that fast, than I ended up going like 5:35 pace. Which is pretty fast considering that I haven't ran constantly for a while. I just ran on the trail by the lake up here it's pretty cool. My overall average pace was just under 6 min mile pace. 

So today was my second day running in Washington, because I went snowboarding on Tuesday and I was really sore yesterday. So I just went on the trail next to the lake. It was fun with some cool views. Also going snowboarding tomarrow, It's going to be dope
