| Ran down to discovery park today, which it probably my least favorite run that we have done this year. But we did have a good time kicking a soccerball around for a few min. Also shoutout to Jake Bybee for running all 8.4 miles with us.

| Good workout today. We did a 400 just to get our legs ready, than we did 1600 my time was 4:57, that a 1200 my time was 3:41, next a 800 2:16 than just a good old 400, which I got 62. I thought it was a good workout. And my knee hasnt been hurting that much anymore today so thats good. So hopefully that stays like that. We also was going to do the Connor Arnell classic but coach wanted us to do the workout instead.

| Good run up in the foothills in cedar hills today on the mountain. We ran up there and met this dog that we named alfie. He was a sweet dog, it was super fun and was hard to let Alfie go back.

| Good workout today it was 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, on the canal trail. I felt good and we were going 5 min pace on the 5min and faster on all the rest. On the 2 while we were going down the hill, my knee started hurting again. So im going to take a break off of it for the next few days.

| Just biked with the team today up through alpine, when we got back to the school me and seth were just doing stuff on my bike. Like droping of the rock wall onto the soccer feild, and wheelies. I tryed racing them on some of their strides, but they beat me.

| Today I went biking with my friend up at lambert. We went down rodeo 3 times and I used this app called strava to see how fast I was ranked to everyone else. I got the 2nt fastest time for the day on rodeo and 1st on spring. Than after I played some night games with my friends.

| today we ran up in the canyon, my knee started hurting really bad so I turned around at 3 miles and headed back. I got to the mouth of the canyon, and I started walking home.

| Biked up in lambert today, I just rode up to rodeo on spring than went down and went up on rodeo up and did it again. On the way home I did a hill really fast as hard as I could, it was pritty fun. The chiorpracter said that it was my maniskus and it will take a little while to heal. And if my knee startes hurting pritty bad than I should probably not run past it huting. So im just going to run till it hurts than take a break

| Today I biked with the team, for some reason this week has felt really long. And also I got like 35 shots in my knee, which stunk. But hopefully those help. Today we went to legacy park, we went up on spring to the top of rodeo. Than the team went down middle spring, while I went down rodeo which is always a good time. Than I ended up going up middle spring and down rodeo again. Than I went back to the park and met up with the 4 people that ran today.

| Today I rode my bike today again, Rode up to the top of rodeo on middle spring, than down rodeo. And met my friend at the parking lot, than we went down the rest. After getting back to my house, I just went on a little 3 mile run just to see how my knee is feeling. It felt decent, around the 3rd mile it started hurting, But im getting some more shots on monday, so that will help.

| Got a knee strap thing yesterday so I think my knee felt good today. We just did a workout before we leave to Nike. And I felt decent my knee didn't really hurt all that much. Just did a 3,2,1 min tempo on the canal. Overall it was fun

| Today was Nike southwest regionals, we started off the day with eating a breakfast at the hotel. I had oatmeal. After that we went and drove down to the race, on the was down I played a little Mario cart by myself. One we got the we sat around for a little till it was time for us to warm up. We warmed up and watched will race, he actually did really good and broken his other pr by over a min so that's cool. Than we sat around waiting for the race to start. Than the race started, I got out decent pritty much me and I think my whole team was worried about my knee. So I just kinda ignored it, and it worked. I came through the mile at 4:56 and kinda started to slow down the next mile. I came through the two mile at 10:14, than just tryed to keep up with the group of people Seth was in. At about 400 left Thomas Heaps came up behind me, and I saw it was someone that I have raced before, than I just tryed to kick as hard as I could for like 300m and it was pritty successful, I passed like 15 people which 3 were sophomores and also Seth even tho I only beat him by one sec he got 49 and I got 43 so that second did make a difference. We had to wait a few hours after the race for our results which sucks. But we ended up getting 3 with the two teams ahead of us were 108, 109, 109. And the 108 they had to go back and do a photo finish on. So that was pritty close, now we are hoping to get a at large bid to be able to go to nationals which would be sick. So overall a really good day for the lone peak cross country team

| Didnt feel very good today. We went on mountain run, and my knee was hurting on the way up there. After a while my knee hurt pritty bad, we were right next to my house so I just walk/ran home.

| Got my leg cheaked out by this dude, he adjusted my hips and massaged my leg. We found out that I just have had a tight musscle in my leg and I just need to massage it and stuff. So for my run I did a tempo workout, I did 4,3,2 min fast with 4,3,2 breaks after. Right after the 4 my knee kinda hurt but not to bad.

| Its fall break so we are running up at legacy for a little. Just did black trail, than ran in the river bed for a while. Which was awesome and fun, I actually felt good today and was able to run for a good while.

| Today was a good workout for thanksgiving, I did 10x400. While the healthy varsity guys did 12x400. I felt decent on all of them, hit like 68 on pritty much all of them. So overall a pritty fine workout.

| Good run today we went up on the loop that leads up by suncrest. It was really fun and we had some good conversations. Also Little Warner has been in town so he has been running with us.

| Probably one of the funnest runs I have done in a while, it snowed last night and was pritty powdery. We went up to lambert than took spring to the top of rodeo, than we took middle spring down. The snow made everything look really cool. Im really exited to be running without tons of pain.
