I didnt run today, went up to craik cabin and I was pretty tired so we just went to a movie instead

Very chill run today, the day before the freedom run 10k. We just did 5 mile loop which I like but we went up to the water spicket and than added on some at the end. But overall a very pleasant run

Good race today, I woke up at 5:45 and we went down to provo, picked up my aunt and uncle and than went down to the start. I saw rachel and we went to try to find Kenzie I found galen and went and warmed up with him. It was a good 1.8 mile warm up. I just did 1 with him than we went to the start line. I took it out pretty good not too fast and not too slow just kinda stuck behind Jiraa and Jiree till the last mile and than I passed them and took 4th. My heart rate thing happened the last .5 and I got scared a little. But I ended up being fine. I dont know if it slowed me down at all. Afterwards I cooled down with my little brother alex we just did 2 miles. And than I went to lunch at my grandma and grandpas

today we went and visited zack, we said bye to him and than we ran back to the park. the new kids stayed with us today

Got new shoes yesterday, Today we did black trail it was a good time. After me josh and Hyrum went and did extra.

Today was hogs, I always put 11 because of the elevation change and i like putting 11. It was a good time, we timed ourself from in beetween the two fences. Most kids turned around there. On the way down we decided that we would try to sneak around this one part and I got alot of weed in my new shoes

Today we did highland trails. It was pretty fun and pretty chill. The loop was like 6 so we just started adding on more miles. 

Sick with the stomach flu

day 2 of being sick

Today was my first run being back from being sick. It was a good time we just went down to lone peak and back. I felt ok and I just kinda stuck back a little till we got on to alpine highway which I started going a little faster and that Craik and Hyrum went back for pickups but I just kept going. Than they did extra. My body just felt a little tired

Today we did middle spring it was fun, I like the way down once you get onto rodeo up trail.

Today was a interesting run. We just went up and did middle spring up in lambert and than we went down and went along the trails by craiks house. My leg got cut yesterday and it hurt really bad I put some bandaids over it and stuff to help it. Which was good, and than I got a bug in my eye which sucked also and didnt come out for like 2 hours and than my tummy was hurting.

We went and woke up really early this morning and went fishing and stuff up at silver lake flats this morning. That was fun but there was this guy that got really mad at us for chopping down a dead tree. But we wrote him this really mean letter that I felt bad about. After that I went riding with my cousins we went on this pretty hairy trail. It was fun, after that I was pretty tired so I went and took a nap than went down the canyon and saw craiks new dog. Than I went back up and ran and had a fire than went to sleep up there.

Today we did modest run. I got kicked in the shin which hurt on my cut, I was pretty tired also.

Today we did this kinda tempo thing. We just were suppose to go at a faster pace. The first mile was like 7:15 than the rest were under 6. A couple little breaks but not many. Pretty tiring, after we went to the mouth of the canyon and iced.

Today was pretty neat. It kinda felt not very good but thats ok. After that o wonderfull run. I wnet to crainks house and we had some yummy breakfast. And than went and worked for him for a couple hours. 3 miles in the night at like 8 o'clock than after we played baseball

Hill workout today, started off good with a good warm up. Than the first few were good. The 3rd one hurt the worst for me for some reason tho. Than on the last one my heart rate thing happened at the beginning and so I stopped and got my ekg reader on.

 Good run just up through Lambert and  over by my house and down to the park 

 We went to Craik's cabin,  pretty tiring day of motorcycle riding and shooting  so we just finished off with six

Hiked Twin Peaks this morning it was really pretty and fun then we went on a run later that night after joshes work

 Tempo run today  did 3 x 5 minutes with five minute recovery. Last one was pretty faster went whole mile.  Then later that day and hiked up to Pittsburgh lake with Aubrie and Josh

 Hill work out today did five of them felt pretty good but kind of tired from hiking the past two days and running

 Good run today did Lehi dip felt pretty good. that night went shopping with Dallinand then fishing with him so I didn't go on the nights run with the other guys so I just went by myself and saw preston

Still two a days in the morning we just went by where the fire was and then down to AF Canyon half marathon than back

 Went fishing in the morning with my buddy Dallin so I went running at night, just went up to horsetail trailhead. Than  coming back down for some reason I decided to go really fast went 4:32 for this downhill mile part, that was interesting and then saw some horses and decided I wanted to pet them and then I ran down for a little more and saw some cows and tried to pet those but that didn't work  so I just ran back
